Sexy Friday Rooney Rules!

As you may or may not have heard, Roger Goodell announced the introduction of a new “Rooney Rule” specifically aimed at increasing the number of women working in the NFL.  While this, by itself, is a worthy cause and aids in the fight for gender equality, the NFL, as usual, has managed to botch things spectacularly.  By semi-nefarious means, I have managed to snag a copy of the new proposed rules.  Presented, for your consideration, are some excerpts:

1.2 – For any NFL front office job opening, a qualified female candidate must be interviewed.

1.2.1 – A female candidate is considered to be qualified by demonstrating experience in each of the following areas:

1.2.1.1 – Playing the game of football at a professional level

Jen Welter

1.2.1.2 – Refereeing the game at a professional level

Sarah Thomas

1.2.1.3 – Coaching for a football team at a professional level

Kathryn Smith

1.4.1 – The successful candidate will have the ability to:

1.4.1.2 – Work well with NFL coaching staff

Sarah Thomas

1.4.1.3 – Assume multiple positions within the organization

Kathryn Smith
Sarah Thomas

1.4.1.4 – Work well with media partners

Erin Andrews

1.6.2 – Any team interviewing an African-American woman will be considered to have satisfied the existing Rooney Rule.

1.7 – No cheerleaders will be considered.

Balls somehow lost his bio and didn't realize it. He's now scrambling to write something clever and failing. He likes butts, boobs, most things that start with the letter B, and writing in the Second Person. Geelong, Toluca, Barcelona, and Steelers, in that order.
