I think he gets a slight explanation. He had a form of Parkinsons’ so he doesn’t have full control of his body. It happens to elderly people. If I recall all allegations was when he was in a wheelchair already suffering. If there was allegations I don’t know about when he wasn’t suffering from Parkinsons, I reserve the right to retract this statement and may he burn in Hell.
It happens to elderly people. My grandfather suffered from dementia and in the last years he would get very crude with his comments. That doesn’t make him a bad person; just not well.
I am not condoning his actions; I just giving a possible explanation.
