As for last night’s game, it was fun to see Tom Brady fuck up the down count at the end. It seemed like another classic Bears game where they had no business winning yet here we are.

Bears commentists will take the 4-1 record and laugh until the inevitable collapse later this season. In the meantime, the rest of us will heartily laugh at Tom Brady’s decline into irrelevance and, even better, mockery by the very media that once exalted him as the GOAT.

It is true that Americans only raise up people on pedestals in order to knock them down mercilessly.
