TO THE GAME!

Saints/Bucs:

This should be a headliner between the old fogies stating at qb but Antonio Brown has a way of making himself the center of attention. Should you start him? Well, the Saints have given up the most fantasy points to wr’s the last four weeks so why not? Where have you gone, Marshon Lattimore? I remember when he was a shutdown-ish type cb a few years ago. Getting back to wr’s though, Michael Thomas is finally back-those high ankle strains are not to be messed with. Just ask Zymm’s cat! The Saints are walking a bit of a tightrope on D because Brees’ arm has deteriorated so badly. He very comfortably has the lowest average throw at just 6 yards per. He’s leaning heavily on Kamara making up those lost yards after the catch. Luckily he’s the best in the league at it. That said, if a D is able to shut that down there’s really only the other option left.

It’s all yours.

Viva La Tabula Raza

I never watched the first three seasons of Fargo, but I started watching the current season only because of the time period covered. But I gotta say that the cars are even better than the story.

Gratliff

Can not say enough good things about Billy Bob Thornton in the first season.

Viva La Tabula Raza

Yeah, have read up, might go borrow it from the local public library.

Horatio Cornblower

The second season is perfect. I lost interest in the 3rd and have heard really mixed reviews of the current one.

Viva La Tabula Raza

I’ve watched so little TV over the last few years (Sopranos, Justified, Breaking Bad, and Better Call Saul [until his brother parboiled himself] just about covers the entirety) that I don’t feel qualified to pass judgement. I do like the production values of the current season and they seem to be hewing pretty close to the time period. I’ll hold judgment for overall qualityof the season until it’s over.

Horatio Cornblower

Get back to Better Call Saul. That show is fantastic.

Horatio Cornblower

Or, you know, don’t. It’s your TV.

Viva La Tabula Raza

I’ve been hesitant. You kinda know what’s gonna end up happening to Jimmy bc Breaking Bad. It’s a train wreck I have been hesitant to indulge, there is no happy ending that I can see.
BTW: Fargo 4 got pretty intriguing tonight. And the cars are still kick-ass.

For some reason I am watching the 2012 movie ‘Battleship’, and it looks like we’re relying on a crew of 80+ year old sailors and the WWII-era battleship USS Missouri to win the day against killer aliens.

I look forward to Viva La Tabula Raza’s thoughts on this.

Viva La Tabula Raza

You sunk my Battleship!

Horatio Cornblower

Happy to report that the USS Missouri is surprisingly nimble these days.
