Play Daily Fantasy and Win $1 Million Dollars!

Not Valid in Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada, Washington State, New York, Illinois, and now Texas

That is right Texas Attorney General just labeled daily fantasy as gambling and therefor illegal in the state.

Texas favorite billionaire sports club owners are furious

Jerry Jones is mad because he invested in DraftKings

Mark Cuban just dumped money in “Fantasy Labs” a company that is selling daily fantasy modeling strategies for $89 $59 a month! Thats right there are now companies trying to sell you the secrets to big gains in the daily fantasy circuits just like there are people tryign to to sell you thier stock picks for the month. Oh this company was also fouded by two guys who were Draftkings analysts.

Bob McNair was surprised anyone cared enough to ask him, but reporters left before he could respond. (He’s not used to having attention).

Anyways this battle is starting to boil over. If you were ever caught up in thier shame of a “matching deposit” offer to take part in their “free” million dollar competition I’d recommend you to try and get your money back and close your account before the site goes tits-up like Full Tilt poker.

Seriously, these guys build an entire industry — including ownership of all the ‘independent’ associated sites — and it’s not supposed to be rigged from the start? And I’m not even talking about Fantasy Labs because, hey, take advice from whoever you want (“Oh shit! Manziel says he’s really fired up this week! I believe him and will put $85 on the Browns to place!”). I’m talking about the culture of these businesses. Even if you are hiring on employees to just do X, they see the end game for these companies; the “vertical integration”, the hard sell, the oligopolic conditions — and they know that DFS isn’t about screwing customers using the rules of the game (the way casinos do) but, rather, by getting them in the game and then getting your hand in their pocket from any angle. Now, I know that this is many-a-successful-business-model but, in general, you’re usually better off getting established well before people realize the extend of your ass fuckery so that everyone just shrugs it off (see: Kathy Lee + Sweatshops; Lance Armstrong + PEDs; Wall St + Wall St Day to Day; Tom Brady + PEDs).

In conclusion, I hope the wealthy investors of the DFS industry try to blame this on the marketing companies and just railroad the people who came up with these horrible HORRIBLE ads that played nonstop because Sloth never won shit on anything.

Sill Bimmons

It’s why the ad blitz was so huge this year–they knew this was going to be the last year they were going to be able to do this without serious scrutiny, so they went all in to get as many suckers signed up to matching deposit accounts as possible.

Those poor suckers…ah, those fucking idiots deserve to lose their money if they’re stupid enough to believe in DFSs.

Texas, the state that allows people to open carry firearms IN FUCKING CHURCH, has outlawed daily fantasy. That should tell everyone something.
